Our team includes professionals who previously held senior management positions within international consulting and data analytics companies, including GlobsConsult Group and Alliance Capital Management.
We have adapted this corporate expertise in data analysis, operational coordination, and stakeholder communication to the humanitarian sector, creating a practical and results-oriented implementation model.

Oleksandr Bolbirer
Humanitarian Leader · Founder of International and Local Initiatives
Oleksandr Bolbirer is a humanitarian leader and initiator of international and local projects supporting Ukraine during the full-scale war.
He brings extensive practical experience in international consulting across the United States, Europe, and Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, he has coordinated humanitarian assistance, developed international partnerships, and managed recovery initiatives.
Our Goodwill Ambassadors
The Goodwill Ambassadors of Voice From Ukraine represent the foundation in public and professional environments, support the development of international partnerships, and help strengthen communication with the global community, businesses, and civil society organizations. They promote the foundation’s mission, present our projects at conferences, forums, and international events, and help attract investment, sponsorship, and strategic partnerships for humanitarian and social initiatives.

Implemented One of the Largest Humanitarian Assistance Programs in Ukraine
In partnership with Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) and the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, supporting millions of Ukrainians affected by war.
Supported Large-Scale Housing and Community Recovery Projects
Including reconstruction efforts in Bucha, as well as projects in Poltava, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk region, and other areas of Ukraine.
Developed Direct-to-People Operational Models
Creating effective cooperation mechanisms between international donors and local implementing partners while minimizing corruption risks and ensuring direct delivery of assistance to beneficiaries.
Experience gained through coordinating large-scale initiatives, including activities conducted within the GlobsConsult platform supporting international NGOs operating in Ukraine. This experience became the foundation for establishing Voice From Ukraine as an independent charitable organization.
