EMERGENCY HYGIENE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Voice From Ukraine is implementing a humanitarian hygiene assistance program based on innovative "Dry Shower" technology.

The war and repeated attacks on critical infrastructure have left millions of Ukrainians without stable access to water, electricity, and basic sanitation.

For elderly people, internally displaced persons, families with children, and residents of frontline areas, these disruptions create serious health and humanitarian risks.

GLOBSCONSULT / GEM PARTNERSHIP

This initiative became the foundation of our humanitarian expertise. Before the establishment of Voice From Ukraine, members of our team operated within the GlobsConsult project — an international consulting and operational platform that joined large-scale humanitarian and recovery efforts following the full-scale invasion.

On the second day of the invasion, our team established the first GEM distribution center in Kyiv. To minimize corruption risks, we developed and implemented the Direct-to-People delivery model, ensuring humanitarian assistance reached beneficiaries directly.

In partnership with the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, this model enabled the delivery of more than two million humanitarian aid kits throughout Ukraine and supported large-scale reconstruction efforts, including window replacement programs and school rehabilitation projects in Bucha. The operational model, field experience, and implementation capacity developed during this period later became the foundation of Voice From Ukraine.
